*I love creating engaging speech-language therapy resources for children!  Striving to develop fun, well organized lessons, and clearly stated lesson objectives within my therapy products is important to me.

*I am a firm believer that a student needs to be aware of their goal, understand the strategies for current and future learning, and be able to verbalize how to obtain their objective.  Mediated learning and visualization are huge aspects to this method of teaching.

*I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence and am a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.  I have provided speech-language therapy in the public school system within Oregon at both the elementary and high school levels.  Of course, the little ones have been my favorite:) Supervision and mentorship of several college interns have also been great experiences.  In teaching others, I learned so much!  I have also advised college graduates during their clinical fellowship prior to licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologists.  Recently, I have retired from the public school system. I now look to support my colleagues with easily accessible and low-prep speech-language therapy resources. These resources can be used for in-person and virtual/teletherapy during 1:1 sessions or in small group sessions.

*My husband, of more than 35 years, and I share two sons.  We run a small farm with cows, chickens, goats, cats and a dog named Henry.  We also run a family operated Christmas Tree U-cut business during the Holidays.

*I value family, friends, faith, and fun.  I love to garden, kayak, camp, and walk.  I also enjoy baseball, watercolor painting, relaxing when I have time, and chocolate of course!
